Pivot® Inflatable Positioner Plus

I've used inflatable wedges before that went flat halfway through, but this one held its shape the whole time thanks to the sturdy valve. The ramp angle genuinely made a difference for my lower back, which usually aches in other positions. Deflates flat enough to slide under the bed too.

Wasn't sure a ramp shape would actually make a difference, but the angle gives way better support than stacking pillows ever did. Inflates in a couple minutes and holds firm the whole time. Deflates flat enough to tuck in a drawer, which matters when you don't have much storage.
