The twist dial is the whole reason I bought these and it totally delivers — I can start with a barely-there pinch and crank it up without ever taking them off. Wore them for almost an hour with zero slipping.

I was nervous these would be too intense, but the adjustable dial makes it easy to start with just a light pinch and work up. The pressure stays exactly where you set it, which is way better than the fixed clamps I've tried before.

The twist dial actually lets you go from a light tease to something much sharper without swapping anything out. I keep them on the lowest setting for longer sessions and it stays comfortable the whole time.
